Award-winning myColorado™ App Offers Residents a Contactless Digital ID

myColoradoprovides secure and convenient access to state services anytime, anywhere! The mobile app's features include access to important COVID-19 resources, benefits on Colorado PEAK®, Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) services and State of Colorado job opportunities.

There's more! The contactless Colorado Digital ID™ available in myColorado allows you to create a secure electronic version of your driver license or state identification (ID) card for proof of identification, age and address within the state. You may also store digital vehicle registrations and proof of insurance in the app Wallet.

Coloradans Now Have Access to myVaccine Record

myVaccine Record is now available to Coloradans using the myColorado app to privately and securely access their COVID-19 vaccination(s) record from the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS). COVID-19 vaccination(s) display in the same format as the paper CDC card the user received when they were vaccinated. myColorado app users can download a copy to their device, refresh or delete the record.

Digital Fishing Licenses Now in myColorado

Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s resident fishing licenses are now accessible through myColorado. Resident anglers can purchase their fishing licenses the same way they always have and receive a printed physical license, but now have the option to display it within the myColorado app.

Access your digital fishing license in three easy steps:

  1. Download the myColorado app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Create a myColorado account and connect your Colorado Driver License or state ID to it. Your first name, last name and birthdate on your driver license or state ID must match your fishing license. 

  3. Tap Digital Fishing License in the app Wallet. Enter the Customer Identification (CID) number and license year from your fishing license.

New licenses can take up to four business days to become available in myColorado.
