Open the myColorado app.
Tap More in the bottom right corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and tap Update Passcode Method.
A sign in screen will appear. Sign in with your myColorado username and password.
Make sure the Multi-factor Authentication toggle is on (green).
Tap Add Method and select the authentication method you want to pair with your account (e.g., text message, email, etc.).
Enter the contact method you wish to use to receive authentication codes.
Tap Next and a code will be sent to that method for verification.
Enter the code you received and tap Finish to complete the process.
Remove any other contact methods listed (e.g., other phone numbers, email addresses), even if they look correct. This will ensure the system is using the most updated contact method of your choosing.
